Ms. Gunjan Sharma

I just want to give a massive shoutout to Gunjan. She has been absolutely amazing! Dealing with grief is tough, but she has helped me navigate through the dark times without judgment or pressure. With her support, I've learned that healing isn't about forgetting but finding a way to carry memories forward. On the journey of self-discovery, she has been quite an important part of my life. She encouraged me to challenge my limiting beliefs and embrace the full spectrum of who I am. She not only empowered me to live authentically and pursue my dreams with confidence but also her non-judgmental approach allowed me to open up about my fears and insecurities without fear of criticism. She created an environment where honesty and vulnerability could flourish. With her guidance, I learned to communicate more effectively, set boundaries, and cultivate healthier connections with myself and with those around me.

I have been seeing Dr. Gunjan for about 2 years now, on & off and she really helps me mitigate through my problems. She is amazing at communicating the way you understand.

I have been visiting her for about 6 months now, and it has been a great experience so far! I went to her for personal development and anxiety disorder issues, and so far I have seen a really good amount of progress, and most importantly, stability in my progress. The first thing that is noticeable about her is that she REALLY focuses on listening to you, and understanding you well. She will not overwhelm you with her own things to say and her own agenda to push. While seeking help and support of any kind, it can be really bad to come across someone who listens to you very less and try to fill you with their own perspective much more, even before understanding your situation properly. So, the first thing you'll notice is that she really is a good listener in that regard.

Next she breaks the problem down very well, and often asks you the right questions to understand your situation well. She doesn't overwhelm you with lots of things to work on, and gives you a very small set of things to focus on for the week, which is really good. Overall, you can express yourself very well to her, and she will help you find the possible solution very kindly and gently. I went to her due to my social anxiety and confidence issues, and can see myself getting stable in these aspects. I will continue to visit her more, and recommend everyone in the city to consider visiting her if they are looking for a psychologist too.

Gunjan is very understanding and gives us our comfort space and time to open up. More than a therapist, she is kind of a friend to me now. I definitely recommend her to anyone seeking help

From the 1st session she was able to help me understand things about myself which I was dealing with, for a long time. She provided a safe space to me to talk about things and there was a lot of empathy she showed during the sessions.

She communicated everything with clarity. She has a very good skill of reaching to the right problem. She helped me ask the right questions. This helped me alot to work on myself independently too.

I was able to see personal improvements session by session. Taking sessions with her helped me reach more authentic self of mine, helped me deal with anxiety and helped me navigate my relationship issues with clarity.

I have been seeing Dr. Gunjan from past more than a year and I can see the difference in my understanding about my behavioural pattern which causes the most of issues and challenges. With her evaluation and acceptance has become easy though it takes time. One has to be very patient with oneself and doctor. My primary issue was wrt emotional disbalanace but with the passage of time got to encounter with various issues which I would have not to understand if I would have not been consistent with my sessions. I will recommend Dr. Gunjan to everyone because her understanding about each and every term is very clear and thorough.

My sessions with Ms. Gunjan Sharma have been very conforting and satisfying and they helped me a lot in my personal growth and improving my relationship with my parents. She has helped me to understand situations in a better and healthy way and look at the issue from another person's perspective as well. There were a lot of problems I was going through before the sessions started and I've come a long way since then. I have learned to take my stand when I feel that I'm not wrong. I was nervous when I was told that I'll be talking to a therapist but Gunjan ma'am's courteous and friendly nature made me confortable in no time. She even shared some life stories with me so that I could relate with my problems. For me, she has been a friend more than a doctor. She has changed my perspective towards life.

I started therapy with Dr Gunjan in February and within a span of 2-3 months I have seen a lot of changes in myself and the way I think and approach every situation in my life. She’s someone who genuinely cares for her patient’s progress and wellbeing. She makes a genuine effort to understand her patients and make them feel like that they aren’t going through it alone. She has helped me through issues which I thought would stay with me forever. I can’t put into proper words what she has done for me and how invaluable the whole treatment has been for me. Out of everything the thing I am most grateful about is the hope that she has given me for the future.
